RSS feeds will speed up your monitoring of all the sites you like.

It begins with clicking the RSS button just below Tip of the Week. But it doesn't end there. You will need a free RSS reader.

This is a great video. Cheap. Fast. Easy to understand. The guy does it with pieces of paper.

You could do this with a camcorder that allows an external microphone plug-in, plus a $20 Logitech microphone/headset. He doesn't use a good mic. You should.
