Readers send me lots of questions by e-mail. I make part of my living by answering questions. I answer them on this site.

This site has a number of Q&A forums. Subscribers post questions on these forums. Within a few hours, they start getting answers. I usually answer. Site members answer. A forum moderator answers.

Then subscribers can ask follow-up questions. They keep asking until they feel confident about taking specific action.

For this, they pay $14.95 per month.

Because subscribers pay for answers, I do not answer questions sent to me by e-mail. I limit my answers to posts on Q&A forums. This way, subscribers get their money's worth. For me to answer e-mail questions for free would cheat my subscribers.

I have limited time. I prefer to answer important questions. You decide how inportant your question is to you. If my answer to your question isn't worth a $14.95 trial subscription, then it's not really important to you. I have learned over the years that free advice is rarely taken seriously.
