You won't like this tip, but you would be wise to implement it.

Do your income tax forms this weekend. Don't wait until April 14.

The pressure on you and your family will be a lot less.

If you won't take this advice, then file an extension this week. This will not increase your chances of being audited. Some accountants think this will lower your chances of being audited.

You must pay all that you owe by April 15, but you don't have to submit proof until next August.

This will delay your refund. To get it, you must file the forms. So, we are back to this week's tip. Start working on your tax forms today.
