Your Calling

What is a calling? It is the most important thing someone can do in which he would be most difficult to replace.

Have you identified your calling? If not, get out a sheet of paper and a pen. Write down potential candidates. Answer these questions:

"How much time per week am I willing to commit?" "Will anyone remember what I have done a year after I'm dead?"

"Is anyone likely to follow through after I die?"

"If not, how can I recruit and train someone who will?"

"If 100 people copied me, would the world be at least 50 times better off?"

I have a department on these questions.
