"eBay" for Surgery

Here is a great story.

A woman needed major surgery in 2012. Cost: $79,000. The physician would not negotiate.

Then she found an eBay-like site. There, you get bids from physicians. She pays $25 a year for membership.

She got a better bid: $13,400.
