Trump's Concession Speech, If Necessary

Why would anyone worth several billion dollars want to be elected President at age 74?

On the assumption that he wants this job, here is how he can get it.

The media will expect a humility-based concession speech. He should give them this.

A majority of voters has spoken. They have elected a crooked woman to lead them. They will live to regret it. This will not take long.

Within a few months, the Clinton recession will begin. It will dwarf what the economy did in 2009.

Hillary Clinton will have no anti-recession ammunition left to shoot. President Obama emptied the gun. All she will have is a toy pistol. The voters will know this by 2020.

I plan to begin selling my properties. I am getting out while the getting is good.

I have a good use for a little of the money I will get. I am hereby declaring my candidacy for the Republican nomination for President in 2020. I will win the nomination. I will be elected President in 2020.

The country will be a facing an economic crisis in 2018. It will be facing a disaster in 2020. She will be unable to do anything about it.

For the next four years, I will be reporting on Mrs. Clinton's performance. I will show you what she is doing wrong, why it won't work, and why the recession will get worse. She can give all the comforting speeches she wants. She can offer all the assurances she wants. The recession will get worse.

Her supporters will dismiss this as cheap talk today. At least half of them will believe me in 2020. She will not be re-elected.

I am going to do what I can to get Republicans elected in the 2018 midterm elections. By then, it will be obvious even to her hard core supporters that she is facing a disaster, and she has no idea of what to do. Millions of voters will switch to the Republican Party in 2018. Millions more will switch in 2020.

I have lost round one. This is only the beginning.

This would create a media sensation. It would drown out her coronation.

She would be like a bride with Melania Trump as a bridesmaid. Invisible.

The media cannot resist him. He has charisma. She doesn't.

This would be a peremptory strike against all of the Republican Presidential wanna-be's in 2019. They would instantly become "we too's." This is deadly from a marketing standpoint.

How would they approach donors in 2019? What donor would want to compete with Trump's deep pockets?

Who would want to donate to a loser in early 2016 in order to run against someone who started running against Clinton on November 9, 2016?

He would be able to build a huge mailing list. When he goes out to speak for local candidates, the quid pro quo should be co-ownership of the emails the candidate generates.

Does he really care about politics? If he does, he needs to create a program now for training and mobilizing supporters -- first for 2018, then for 2020.

His campaign should begin on November 9.

He needs a new website in reserve. I have the title. I don't plan to share it here.

In the meantime, he can terrorize the establishment Republicans. By making this speech, he would become the titular head of the party. They expect him to go away. With this speech, he would rout them.

I hope he doesn't do this. I assume that he has a better use for his time. National politics is a black hole. But if he really wants to be elected in 2020, it will not be too difficult. All it will take is a recession. It's already in the pipeline.

From the day it hits, a quarter of her voters will think: "Trump was right! Why didn't I listen?" What could she do to overcome this? She will hunker down in the White House and hope it goes away. It won't. By 2020, half of her voters will have made the switch. "If he runs, I'll vote for him."

I don't think she would run. She is not one to suffer humiliation lightly. Her husband went out a winner. She will not. The Clinton dynasty will end just as the Bush dynasty did.
