Screencasts
Every month, I provide a report to Ron Paul on what took place in the Ron Paul Curriculum that month. I use a screencast: a combined video and audio file.
I go through the Status Report in the Membergate software. I use the cursor to highlight key facts as I narrate them. I do this in about five minutes.
Whenever I have a problem with software or anything else online, I produce a screencast. I send this to the customer service department. This way, they can see exactly what I am having trouble with.
