I grew up on this slogan: "He stole from the rich to give to the poor." Disney's script writers had a far better interpretation.
Whenever I think of the great Peter Ustinov, I think of his breakout role as Nero in Quo Vadis (1951) and this one (1973). Both were bad guys.
