I finished the first draft of the student's edition a year ago. I posted it as chapters. I asked people to proofread the chapters. Some of you did. I made the corrections.
I sent the corrected manuscript to my typesetter. He completed the task. I then indexed the book. It is complete. Download it here:

The second volume, the teacher's edition, is typeset and indexed. The typesetter is making the final corrections. It should be ready before July.
