WiFi in Rooms Beyond the Signal
This tip comes from Bill Myers: www.bmyers.com
If you have WiFi in your home, you may not be able to get a signal in every room. A wall or a floor may interfere with the signal.
Now there is a handy solution: a wall-plug WiFi connector. This is called a power line connection.
Myers just bought a new home. He found that his WiFi failed in several rooms.
Here was his solution. He bought an inexpensive power connector that plugged into his router. From here, the connector plugs into the power outlet socket on the wall.
Then he bought a receiver unit. It plugged into the wall socket in the room where the signal is restricted. He then plugged his computer into this device.
Myers writes: "Power line networking is safe, cost effective and a very workable alternative when wireless internet just doesn't get the job done."

Expect to pay about $135 for a Netgear router- connector unit plus one receiver box.
You need high speed internet. Without it, you will miss this:
