Beginning in September, I began experiencing serious pain in my right shoulder. I didn't know what to do about it.
It began before noon, and it lasted all day long. I had to take a couple of Advil to deal with the pain.
It happened again the next day. And the next. I knew I had a serious problem. I did not want to become dependent on painkillers of any type.
I began researching the problem. It is called, appropriately, mouse shoulder. It is a shoulder version of carpal tunnel syndrome. There is no straightforward solution to it.
I finally found a device that helps me reduce the pain by at least 90%. I have successfully converted over to it. It is a substitute for a handheld mouse. It is called a rollermouse.
