I have begun a rigorous daily schedule for taking a particular supplement. I take it seven times a day. I take it every three hours. I begin at 3 AM, and I end at 9 PM.
This was basically my daily schedule before I started taking the supplement. I get up about three, and I go to bed about 10.
My problem is simple to describe. When I write, I lose my sense of time. It is easy for me to forget to do anything I have scheduled.
When I started this daily routine, I knew I would have to buy an alarm clock that allows multiple alarms each day. I found one. I bought it. I had my wife program it. That is because I wanted it to work. It works like clockwork. (Sorry, I could not resist.)
This is the clock I bought. https://www.garynorth.com/snip/1353.htm
It is automatic every day. I don't have to reset it. I don't have to ask my wife to reprogram it.
It has a battery, so if there is a power outage, it is not going to lose any time.
That means I won't have to ask my wife reprogram it. This is a great advantage. If you need a tool like this, I recommend this product.
