This was my first volume in my Economic Commentary in the Bible. It was published in 1982.
I began writing in in February 1973. I wrote a chapter a month. These chapters were published initially in the Chalcedon Report newsletter.
I increased my output in August 1977, when I moved to Durham, North Carolina. I devoted 10 hours a week, 50 weeks a year.
