You and I missed these scenes. The photographers did not.
We sometimes forget what an amazing world we live in today. Technologies have opened up the world to us in a way that my grandparents, or your great-grandparents, would not have imagined. Yet we are oblivious. We don't know what is taking place all around us. Only occasionally does some creative person, or group of creative people, put together something like this video. Then we see for ourselves what was under our noses all along. We did not look out the window, or if we did, a wing was blocking our view.
The amazing thing about these photos is this: we see what designers have done, and also what the market process has done. Some of these scenes were not planned by any committee. Others, such as New York City's Central Park, were.
