I have a lot of domain names in reserve. I probably won't use most of them, but, on the outside possibility that I might, I have locked in these URL's.
Over the years, I have made a lot more money selling domain names than they have cost me. If you can figure out a good name, and you can lock it in for a few dollars a year, I recommend that you do it.
For years, I used a domain name registration service that charged $10 a year. Cheap.
It was bought by a large conglomerate. Without warning, the conglomerate increased prices to $15 a year.
A friend of mine is a guru on inexpensive domain name services. He started looking. Late last year, he found the right outfit. He has been testing it. He has well over 100 domain names.
This week, I began to make the switch. I signed up, and then I began transporting all of the domain names from the other service. This dropped the price from $15 a year to $8.56 per year.
Better yet, the company provides free anonymity. Your name will not be listed on whois.com and drwhois.com, the domain name search engines. Most rival services charge $10 a year.
You also get free SSL certificates for your web-based businesses. Rivals charge $5 to $10 per site per year.
It took me about an hour to make the switch, domain name by domain name. I got a very good return on my time.
I recommend that you switch. It's cheap. It's efficient.
The company has a peculiar name: www.Porkbun.com
It's time for you to switch.
