A Free Site for Guidance on Personal Finances

This site is hosted on a commercial hosting service: InMotion. He used WordPress.org software to create it. WordPress.org software is free; the hosting is not.
The heart of this site is a 12-lesson course on personal finances.
I want you to watch the introductory video. You will get an idea of what the site is about. You will also get an idea of what you can do with low-cost video production equipment. Maybe you won't watch the whole video. I strongly recommend that you watch at least the first five minutes.
The videos are hosted on Vimeo Plus. This costs him $84 a year. There are no ads. The videos look professional.
