It attacks the critical race theory propaganda that is being rammed down the throats of employees, mostly white.
The theory is part of a program of guilt-manipulation by the Left.
Whites in general are not buying it, but they are being shamed into silence. This video is the equivalent of a hand grenade. It was tossed into the laps of Sandia Labs' management by an ex-GI.
The employee may get fired. If he gets fired, some other firm should hire him. Employees with this much talent are rare. Employees with this much courage are rarer still.
