Dead Link, R.I.P.
Links die all the time.
Maybe the publisher killed the page. It was an embarrassment.
Sometimes an entire site dies because its owner stops paying the hosting service.
Maybe a programmer decided to streamline the site. In doing so, he killed all of the old links. Programmers are interested in "neat" code far more than historical preservation.
Whatever the cause, the link you clicked is gone.
Maybe you can find it posted somewhere else. Maybe you can find it on Archive.org. If so, let me know. I will resurrect the dead link.
