After you watch it, you will understand why you must take away your teenager's smartphone. You can replace it with a cheap flip phone. A flip phone lets teenagers interact socially without algorithms.

Social interaction by voice is good. Social interaction by written interactions with posted likes and dislikes is not.

After you take away the smartphone, your teenager may suffer from withdrawal symptoms. The lecture shows why. This will not be pleasant for anyone in your household.

It's time for tough love.
