My wife and I canceled our Comcast subscription. We don't miss it.
We will be $2,000 richer (before taxes) in a year because we did it.
The subscription fee kept creeping higher. Now it won't.
We watch four shows a week: "Blue Bloods" (CBS), "NCIS" (CBS), "CBS Sunday Morning," and "Death in Paradise" (BBC).
We switched to Paramount+. It costs $10 a month. There, we get all of CBS's shows with no ads. With Comcast, we had to put up with ads.
We can get "Death in Paradise" on Britbox. That costs $70 a year. Maybe we can find some other British shows to watch.
See what you are paying for cable. It's probably too much.
Next on my list: Netflix. If it were not for my grandchildren, Disney+ would go.
We kept the internet service.
