Fabulous Turkey Recipe

I had not eaten turkey since 2016. I broke my fast on Thanksgiving.

I went vegetarian in July 2017 when I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. I adopted Max Gerson's anti-cancer diet: no meat, no poultry, no dairy products.

I had a few small slices of turkey on Thanksgiving. It was the best turkey I ever ate.

The white meat was moist and slightly salty. So was the dark meat. I have never tasted such moist turkey.

My wife's secret: a brine solution. She had not used this before.
