RSS feeds will speed up your monitoring of all the sites you like.

It begins with clicking the RSS button just below Tip of the Week. Look for the little RSS button. But it doesn't end there. You will need a free RSS reader.

See the video on how to do it and why you should do it. It is a great video: cheap, fast, and easy to understand. The guy does it with pieces of paper.

You could do this with a camcorder that allows an external microphone plug-in, plus a $45 Sennheiser microphone/headset. Or use an Audio Technica lapel mic. He doesn't use a good mic. You should.
