The T-bill rate was at 0.03 today -- matching the lowest in a generation.

The 30-year T-bond rate was 3.6% -- also the lowest.

This is a mad dash for safety.

This is why I told my site's subscribers on November 5, 2007, to buy 30-year Treasuries.
