Warning on Spam Mailing: Do Not Open YOURSITENAME.COM

My MemberGate support staff sent this warning.
We have had several reports today from MemberGate owners about receiving an email similar to the one below. It claims that there is some change in the email system that needs to be verified.
This is NOT legitimate and is appearing in large numbers across the internet at the moment.
You can read various discussions about this by copying and searching for some exact wording of a phrase from the email.
We recommend deleting the email and not clicking any links.
DO NOT CLICK THE LINK IN YOUR EMAIL
An example of the email will include your site name in place of where we have YOURSITENAME mentioned:
Dear user of the YOURSITENAME.com mailing service! We are informing you that because of the security upgrade of the mailing service your mailbox (you@YOURSITENAME.com) settings were changed. In order to apply the new set of settings click on the following link:
