So, you want to set up a web site. You have registered with GoDaddy, after searching Google for "coupon" and "GoDaddy." That way, you saved $3.
But where to host it? I have a suggestion. Actually, I have three. One is Hostgator, which I use. Another is Downtown Host. A third is Bluehost.
What is so good about these? This: you are allowed unlimited domains at no extra cost. Want to set up blogs? Fine. Want to set up forums? No problem. If you are willing to register a separate domain name, you can host it at no extra charge.
What is the charge? Under $100 a year if you buy a package.
The sites give you autoresponders and email forwarding.
They have good tech support.
They have been around for several years.
I use Hostgator for all of my conventional sites. Only GaryNorth.com is hosted elsewhere, on a specialist site that deals only with MemberGate sites.
At something like $7 to $8 a month for unlimited domains, why use anything else?
