A Mass Grave-site, Supposedly Near Houston. What Is the Government Preparing For? Something Very Big.

This video is on YouTube. Some guys sneaked into a mass grave-site. The claim on various web sites that is that this is a FEMA site. I see no evidence in the video. But some government agency is likely to have funded it. This is no private operation.
Some plastic caskets are stacked up. Some are already in the ground, waiting to be filled and then covered with dirt.
This was done in Great Britain in 1940. There were coffin plants around the country. The sites were sealed off. The authorities worried about morale. But these centers did not exist in 1938, before World War 2. The blitz was on in 1940. There is no blitz here.
Pandemic? These caskets would barely make a dent in the piles of corpses.
I see this as a site for the bureaucrats to spend money on something. It gives the illusion of preparation. Any crisis big enough to justify this large a site will overwhelm the burial system. The site is not big enough to handle the disaster.
The government expects something deadly.
The video is an amateur production. I do not see how it could have been faked. The "stage" cost too much.
