Is it time to start a bank run on the big banks that got the bailouts in 2008? Arianna Huffington thinks so.

She and former Senate Banking Committee Chief Economist Rob Johnson have come up with a strategy to stick it to the big banks big-time.

This strategy is part Willie Sutton and part John Belushi in "Animal House."
