Here is what you need to get started making on-line videos.

You will need a new computer. It need not be top of the line.

Buy a wide-screen, high-definition Webcam. These are cheap. It has a built-in microphone. Don't use it. You must have a lapel microphone. These are cheap.

Every congregation needs its own YouTube channel. Set on up as soon as you can. (I think every pastor needs his own channel, with the same videos. Pastors move to new churches. They should retain control over their videos.)

What about video editing software? It comes free with new computers. Or buy one of these.

A video need not be great. It just needs to be good enough so that the image does not detract from the message.
