When someone cancels, it's usually because he or she never posted a question on a forum -- or else did not get the answer desired.
Yesterday, a man canceled. His ID was not familiar. I write back and asked if he had posted on the forums. He said he had, only once, but he received no answer. As soon as he said what his question was, I recognized it.
I searched for his ID on the forum search engine. I found the question. I had answered it in detail. Then there were detailed follow-up answers from other subscribers.
The man had not seen these replies. Why not?
Under each question box there is this message:
I suspect that he had not clicked the email option box.
That was my mistake. It lasted four years. I contacted my technician. I had him change the box to auto-send. You must now click it to keep from getting the emails. The solution was so easy! It takes hard work to notice what is under our noses.
