Invisible Empire: A Good Introductory Video to the New World Order
July 3, 2010
This video is promoted by Alex "Bullhorn" Jones. He is using a free version to sell a DVD version. I like the marketing plan. He gets the message out.
The message is clear: we are being pushed into a New World Order. This will centralize international political and bureaucratic power.
The video has the same weaknesses as the genre has had for centuries, going back to John Robison's Proofs of a Conspiracy (1798) on the Bavarian Illuminati:
1. It lacks documentation.
2. It offers no plan of action.
3. It makes connections that need greater evidence.
4. It does not identify the conspiracies' (plural) confession of faith.
5. It indicates greater success than they have had.
6. It does not make clear the conflicts among these groups. 7. It assumes that exposure will lead to the defeat of the NWO.
This last aspect I have written about.
It also drags in JFK assassination theories, with no plausible motive for the agents of the New World Order.
The video is plausible, unlike so many similar videos. It is a good montage of public films and images. It moves right along.
It offers no action step at the end. This is just plan bad marketing. It is a wasted opportunity.
