Warning: Tax "Patriot" Legal Gibberish Can Land You in Jail.

A man named Tim Turner claims he is in the process of forming a republic government in this country that he calls "The Republic For The United States". (http://www.republicfortheunitedstates.org/) Can you tell me anything about this man and his organization?

The site's language in the History page is that of a standard tax rebel, known by its adherents as the Patriot movement. He uses the same Constitutional gibberish that they all use. It has no legal foundation. No court recognizes it. No practicing lawyer is familiar with any of it. No judge will let you introduce it in your defense. Then the jury will convict.
These little outfits are all over the Web. I have been following them for 30 years. They have charismatic leaders. But if anyone breaks a law in the name of this gibberish, he goes into court. He will be all alone -- no lawyer, no supporters, and no unlicensed legal expert to defend him. All he will have are pages of legal gibberish that he does not understand. He will soon hear the words, "Guilty, your honor."
The leaders often draw people in by promising them that the recruits will not have to pay their income taxes any longer. Here is what this site promises: Restored America.
* Restore and reinhabit the de jure institutions of lawful government. * End the foreclosure nightmare (for borrowing against one's own credit).* End tax prosecutions for resisting the transfer of private wealth to such as I.R.S. (former Puerto Rico Bureau of Taxation).
* End street assaults against the sovereign People for failing to exhibit a State-issued confession of subject-class citizenship.
* End all prosecutions which lack an injured party.
* End admiralty prosecutions for kidnapping and other heinous crimes against mankind as "commercial crimes" against the corporate State under a contrived corporate color-of-law venue (corp. ref. 27 C.F.R. 72.11).
* End the use of covert contracts such as Form 1040, car registrations, birth certificate applications, and bank signature cards which confess the signer to be a legal fiction subject of the United States Federal Corporation ("U.S. person") that has waved his/her rights in favor of state-issued privileges.
* End the use of deeds which classify the People as "tenants" on their own land, thereby transferring control to incorporated County registrars and tax assessors.
* End the perversion of marriage into a commercial system of state-issued privileges through the so-called "marriage license" whereby incorporated "courts" presume the "right" to trespass on families and kidnap children.
* End the hijacking of automobile ownership through DMV registrations which covertly exchange the divine rights of travel and ownership for the state-issued "privileges" of "driving" and "title."
* In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.
* Restore the People's money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.
* Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans and personal business loans "issued" by members of the Fed. The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.
They get people to commit to action. This begins with something seemingly small, but huge in terms of legal liability: driving without a license.

Have an accident where someone is injured, and you're ruined. Your insurance company will neither defend you in court nor pay any damages. Companies insure for accidents, not felony driving. Check your policy.
These people believe in word magic. If they just recite a formula that no one understands, they will not have to pay taxes.
But what about the courts? "Just say the magic formula, and the courts will capitulate." They say this of a society which they also say is corrupt. But if it's corrupt, then word magic will not help them.
This is salvation by law -- jailhouse law.
This site goes way over the line. It says God talks to someone who has communicated with the head of the outfit.
