A $200 Tablet
March 12, 2011
I will buy an Apple iPad one of these days. I don't need one for my use, but I want to see how it can be used. I am in the publishing business. I need to know What's Happening Now.
Before I pay $500 for an iPad, I will pay $200 for a Barnes & Noble Nook. Then I will download a hack that invalidates its warranty. Why? Because the hack converts a Nook into a real tablet. Read about this here:
I don't use my Kindle. It's just too kludgy. But I'm willing to see if the Nook can beat the Kindle.
The world is moving to tablets. I need to keep up. If you do, too, keep up cheap.
