Did you know that your communications that are posted on any Internet service can be searched by the government without a warrant? If the communication is older than 180 days, it is no longer protected.

The government needs a warrant to access your computer's email.

Several on-line companies, including Google, are supporting legislation to prohibit the government from accessing any of your emails without a warrant. The Administration is fighting this. The story is here.
