Democrat Lawyer Philip Berg Does It Again: He Has Found the Real Obama Birth Certificate Online.

I posted a video of lawyer Philip Berg before the election: October 25, 2008.

He has now located the birth certificate. It was posted online in March 2010. It reveals that Obama's grandmother signed it. She said he was born in Kenya. See for yourself.
Watch his home video on what the legal implications are -- if the Constitution is actually enforced.
As I said in 2008, this is going nowhere -- not because it's not true, but because it looks like it is true.
The people who vetted Obama messed up. It was too late in 2008 to pull back.
This deserves a Congressional investigation. There will not be one.
This answers the question: "Why did Obama spend $2 million in legal fees to block this?"
It does not answer the question: "Why was this image of the original not publicized in 2010, when it first was posted?"
Someone is lying. We need to find out who. I don't think we will for as long as Obama is President.

Is this significant? Yes, but not for the reason most people might think. There will be no resolution of this in the courts. There will be no criminal charges, such as perjury. There will be no impeachment and conviction.
There will be millions of Americans who know the system is rigged. It has been rigged for decades. But it takes an event like this to persuade the next group of Americans that democracy is window dressing, that the courts are not equipped to handle a case like this, and that deception on a massive scale pays off.
Subterfuge by subterfuge, the United States government loses legitimacy in the minds of millions of voters. Faith in Washington falls a little more. This will eventually undermine the Federal government.
The "birthers" are dismissed as crackpots. Why? Because this case indicates fraud in high places. The average voter may not know the Constitution, but he knows that a birth certificate is a legal document. He has one. His children have them. Birth, marriage, and death: each is supposed to have its official piece of paper. If the government can lie here, it can lie about anything. This is why this case is representative of the honesty of the government. If the government can fool the voters on anything this simple, then there is massive fraud in high places -- fraud that the Republican hierarchy is part of. The birth certificate is is the tip of the iceberg.
The average voter will not accept the fact that the political system is this corrupt, this easy to manipulate. But millions of voters are learning that it is.
The stakes are high. They are higher than whether Obama should be impeached, tried, and convicted. The stakes are whether the Federal government -- President, Congress, and courts -- is fundamentally corrupt.
Maybe Congress will prove me wrong. Maybe it will appoint an independent commission of experts to study the various birth certificates. I hope it does. I do not expect this.
